I wish to make the following complaint. I have already made this complaint in plane and given it to supervisor, Pooja.

On 15/02/2014, me and my wife were travelling from Mumbai to London Heathrow, by flight no 9W 120, departed 02.25 am on 15/02/2014.

Around 6 to 8 days prior to our departure, we booked and reserved seat no 61C and 61A, by phone. As your all calls are recorded, you may listen to our my conversation with Jet airway and verify this matter. We always try to get these seats in the past, due to the comfort of the seats locations. Me and my wife, has heavy physical body, we always prefer these seats.

On boarding at Vadodara (we were flying Vadodara - Mumbai - London), they also issued boarding pass for Mumbai - London journey. We found out that I was given seat no 61C but my wife was given seat no 55G. I immediately objected this at Vadodara but they informed me that I should take this matter at Mumbai Airport. I complaint this matter to Mumbai Jet airways staff and insisted we must be given seat no 61A and 61C as we had already reserved and booked on phone before 6 to 8 days. The staff member checked the system and informed me that 61A has been allocated to a lady called Natasha and my wife's seat has been transferred to 55G. I strongly objected but the staff was not prepared to help me in any way and told me to sort out this in plane. I spoke to jet airways staff in plane, but no one was ready to exchanged the seats. Ultimately, me and my wife travelled separately during whole journey, particularly, it was valentine day. I have already given the complaint form in plane and given to supervisor, called Pooja.

Under the above circumstances, I strongly complaint, why my wife's seat was given to another passenger, in spite we booked and reserved these seats well in advance. It was mental torture to travel and seat separately for 9 hours journey from Mumbai to London. Please listen to our telephone conversation when we booked the seats around 6 to 10 days prior to departure date, 15/02/2014. we feel there is partiality and favouritism and influence factor applied when Jet airways allocated seat no 61A to another passenger called by Natasha. She must have some relatives working in Jet airways and this is called corruption, which our country is fighting against. we feel we are victimised of this corruption in Jet airways.

Please note, I have NOT received any feedback from the complaint we made Pooja in plane.

Under the above circumstances, we need full refund for me and my wife, as compensation towards our unhappy journey, due to fault of Jet airways fault for not giving us the seats we reserved and booked well in advance. We also suffer mental torture during the whole journey and still suffering from depression.
