Complaint Details
I had bought the sofa set from Interior point in 2013 June.
Since it was under warranty of 3 years.
Problem 1:
After about 3 months of use, the cushioning were displaced, and it protruded outwards.
I had to repeatedly call them to get it fixed, make visits to their shop. It took me about 2 months to get this things fixed.
So, the service they provided was pathetic.
Problem 2:
After another 3 months of use, same problem repeated with the piece they fixed, and also another piece.
The problem started in Feb/2014.
I have been following up with them last 2 months, but no one has turned up to fix the issue.
