Dear sir,

I am a customer of Idea Cellular having postpaid number 8889096777(Main), and 770911105(Add-on). I want my Add-On connection which is 7770911105 to be converted to a PREPAID. For the last Two months I have been approaching your "My Idea" Points.
But None of your below mentioned Idea कष्ट मर service points provided me the service.(Post paid to prepaid conversion of 7770911105). I am totally disappointed with the kind of service Idea (Really Bad) is providing me.

01. On 08th January 2014 I walked-in to Mars Associate, Plot.No.102,Nr Vindyashri Girls Hostel,Zone II M.P.Nagar and told my requirement to them. They kept me waiting for 01 hour and later made an excuse of server down.

02. on 25th February 2014(I was in Raisen), I approached another IDEA POINT, in SHREE JI ENTERPRISES, Yashwant Nagar Raisen. They told me that this thing (Postpaid to Prepaid) can only be done from Bhopal as I (Customer) belong to Bhopal.

03. on 04th March 2014, I walked in to Ms Galaxy Communication Plot No 3 Shop No- 14 Alaknanda Complex MP Nagar Zone 1 Bhopal. They also refused to provide me the service saying "Firstly making excuse of server (THe server was ok, I confirmed it from 198. Then Their Seniors have ordered them not to convert any postpaid to prepaid""
I also made an over-the-phone complaint to your 198 helpline with ref. no C1-17997081030 but It was resolved without any effect on my problem.

I am fully irritated with all this totally unlawful thing happening to me, Why you people are not converting my number (7770911105) from post-paid to prepaid??? Did I make a mistake by taking Idea Postpaid connections?

Now, I want you to seriously look into this matter and

Either (Firstly)

Tell me where to approach/Tell any of your Idea points to take my request (for migration of 777091105 from postpaid to prepaid)
OR (If you can't migrate my no.)

I would request you to totally disconnect both of my numbers.
i) 8889096777 & ii) 777091105.
I don't want to Stay with IDEA anymore for the worst kind of customer experience they did to me. In such case, I am ready to make a Full n Final payment.


***Please treat this as a written complaint (don't Ignore) and do take necessary action or I'll be compelled to initiate/take a legal action against IDEA.**
