Mine Manza Car bought in 2010 , perfect service record maintained .. .. seems as they sold a defective design / product. Within 3 years it needed replacement of failed part six times in addition to six times scheduled service at tata workshop. At 44000 kms engine gave signs of failure and at 52000 kms engine recommend for overhaul. Now Tata motors is trying to do a repair job and willing to charge us for the same. They are more keen on making some money rather than doing root cause analysis . their surveyor's had limited their liability upto three components only , without opening of engine and assessment of damage. Car is lying idle at Tata workshop Gurgaon for more than a month. They are trying to get away from their liability of defected product and extended warranty responsibility.
