Hi,

My booking ref is KVGGG6, looking for a refund for Dubai - Mumbai.

This is to bring to your notice that I had been issued a ticket for EK508 from your ticketing office in Mumbai and on my way back from Dubai the reservation in your system was for Ek502. At the ticketing desk at DXB they asked me to pay AED 340 for which I was made to go around the airport and travel by taxi AED 60.

​I was troubled around the entire airport, my wife was and I were tortured and mishandled with disrespect by the staff of Emirates.

I would therefore like to claim a refund of AED 400.
