Dear Appellate Authority,

Please see the below mail from Nodal Officer.

I have explained my situation clearly.

1. I had recharge for Rs.60/ on 8.3.2014. It gave me a talktime of Rs.54./

2. I made a local call on 9.03.2014 for about 7 minutes.

3. I have been deducted Rs.43.20 for the call, which is not at all acceptable.

4. OK, if i have really spoken for Rs.43.20/ what about the remaining Rs.10.80/

Please clarify me my doubts in a convincing way. Also let me know who shall I address my next mail to. Who is next to appellate authority.
