Complaint Details
I had paid in advance for A la carte pack since 2 years. Over a period of time Airtel suddenly changes Free channels to Paid and some channels VANISH. I feel they are doing that cheating to increase revenue by fraudulent means. There is no inofrmation given to consumers. I hear Tata Sky also does this often without any redressal mechanism. It is just plain cheating.
