Complaint Details
I had ordered for some products from a company which is located in New Delhi. I had paid some amount of the order & preferred shipping through Post. So that I can pay the balance amount during delivery.
I lost interest in the product. So I reached them to cancel my orders as they were not dispatched. But they refuse to cancel my orders. Then I asked them to ship on the next day. But the product has not yet arrived.But the products are not delivered yet. The day I wanted the product is over. But if they reach me after today they are of no use. So I want my amount.
