I am writing to express my continuing dissatisfaction with your company’s service. First of all you didn’t give the correct information in your below mail. Which show the lack of customer service from your point and also show the attitude of your people towards the customer.
What is the point of VIJAY SALES and VIDEOCON creating such a fuss and issue with the nonsense. At the time of investigation of the same by your respective engineer he said that the we will come back to you with the final decision in 2 or 3 days, whereas it is one month has been passed over the consignment. When your mechanic is called, he rarely arrives within the four-hour time period designated by our contract. He also appears to be lacking in knowledge and experience with my equipment.

I am following up from last one month and still there is no out come from your side rather than giving an wrong information to me. Requesting to you to draft an simple email to my stating the reason and your follow up with the customer please see below mail of yours what I get which doesn’t make any sense. From the last month the date of complaint which you didn’t enter (07.02.2014) you people are waiting to get an approval from your HO.

Further to this note that the warranty has come one for whole body of refrigerator and of the compressor according to my belief the compressor is very good in condition as told by your engineer only the issue is in outer body and in the wiring of the refrigerator.

SO THIS IS YOUR FALSE DECLARATION THAT THE WHOLE CASE Is Out Warrantee
