I have purchased a dual broadband connection for my home and office from Tata DoCoMo. Since the past 1 week the home connection is not working at all. Despite numerous complaints and emails there is still no resolution from their end. They keep promising to send an engineer, but he is yet to turn up. Also my office connection is not working too well. Again no one to come and resolve the problem. Ideally they should not charge when they can't provide a continuous service. This amounts to cheating customers when there is no active broadband connection for long periods of time.
