Complaint Details
I ordered one tablet "Ubisalte 7Ci" through online order on 26-10-2013, but due to software problem money is deducted two times & two booking ID has been generated by them. After knowing it, I immediately cancelled one order with booking ID "PMD4EF4" on the same day, which they acknowldeged. Till now the refund of Rs 4099 against the order is pending.
