Dear Sir,
I have purchased a SPY PEN CAMERA 32GB from online web http://oceanskyshopp.webnode.in site and amount paid Rs.1869 delivery dt.22.01.14 GATI KWE Dkt No. 501384086 bar code 900374314, but this pen was damaged and not working condition and recording pen drive middle thread is missing, not recording, refill stuck in site, I also called up mob no. 08946056268 and mailing ID camerabuysasta@gmail.com, so many time but he is not proper responding. I was return Product Indian Post registry E RD3489340748IN, dt.12.02.2014 without any rectification he was return my product, again we send a Indian Post Docket No.E RD230814928IN dt.01.03.2014, but he not responding. We think this web site is CHEATER WEB SITE, kindly take the action against this web site.

Please guide me what I can do.
