my water filter "designa" make has not been working for nearly a month. my comlaint no 84145508. the service engineer visited once & has not come back after that. i have been contacting their central complaint number of times but no progress is there.the filter had been repaired earlier also ref complaint no 84008052 ie 20 days before this pending complaint.
