Complaint Details
I have a service agreement with this company for my water purifier. The system is not working since 20th when I lodged a complaint. It was to be rectified in 24 hours but despite several reminders, even after 48 hours no one has taken any action. I have an AMC contract but receive neither regular maintenance nor support in case of break downs. This company is not only cheating customers but also harassing them through breach of contract for an essential service like drinking water.
