Complaint Details
i got an email received from the above company by Ms. Nidhi on 14/5/2012 as given below:
From: Nidhi After which I gave the Order for the product CANVAS SHOE BLACK, by paying Rs. 645 from my ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX0001 which was used for a transaction of INR 645.00 at TimesOfMoney (May 15, 2012; 01:03:54 hrs.).

But on 17/5/2012, I got the product which was not ordered by me. The product was one, which was not shown to me while ordering for the same.

I therefore request you to kindly initiate for refunding the money in my account. including all expenses for net charge and mobile call charges etc.

please solve the problem as soon as possible.
