Dear Sir/Madam,


This is to inform you that, i am user of idea cellular ltd since 2008 to till now and using blackberry connection on my 9891608441 approx two years...
i have recharged my mobile number date on11/03/2014 (BIS 399 BLACKBERRY PLAN) and got confirmation from idea that your BIS 399 plan is activated and same time 399 rs deducted from my main balance but till now not activate .....
between 11/03/2014 to 15/03/2014 i have spoken with several idea customer care Representative and one more senior person name Mr. Mustafa also spoken in evening date 12/03/2014 , he assured and confirmed me that your plan will be activate on date 13/03/14 time 11:00AM at any how and confirmed me if plan will not activate your deducted amount will refund after 11:00am (13/03/14)...But still i am waiting, my plan is not activate and neither my deducted balance refund..

so i humble request u kindly activate my plat today evening at any how or refund my deducted amount...

while i have spent my time to talk with customer care Representative and my money ....
