Dear Sir,
My name is Nitin Manchanda residing in Delhi. I purchased a TABLET of Lenovo from ADVANCE INFO DISTRIBUTORS PVT LTD, D-118, Fateh garh , Jail Road, New Delhi- 110018 for cash amount Rs- 8550/- on 20-02-2014. After purchasing and at the first instance when I started using the tablet I found out that it has already been used by someone as there were 30 -40 pictures were already there in the tablet which were clicked by the same tablet in December month of 2013. I took the tablet back to the shop within a reasonable time and made the notice of it to the shopkeeper (Mr Ravinder Pal ) and requested him to change the tablet. But shockingly after my numerous requests the shopkeeper and the company did not take any notice of it.
I have also attached a scanned copy of the bill for the reference. I would request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
