Complaint Details
This is in line with the above subject, we would like to inform you that Mr. Parbat Patel, who is the signing authority on sale deeds and Mr. Govind patel with his assistant cum partner Mr. Mahadev Patel are creating issues on below things.
1) Not handing over the society to the flat owners though he has sold out 60% of his flats.
2) Selling the open car park to flat owners which will result in to quarrel between the flat owners once the society is formed. He is not suppose to sell open car park space to any of the flat owner and this has to be done by society members on their own.
3) Area allocated to car park or the placement of car park is not as per the standards of CIDCO and it should be 2.5 M X 5 M for single car park with angle of 30 degree to the wall. Current car park area which has placed is parallel to the wall and without any angle, this will further lead to taking out the vehicle from the parking.
4) There is no space left for the two wheelers park in the building premises and he trying to sell all open area as car park to make money out of it.
5) In front of main gate cum lift lobby, Builder is selling the parking space to flat owners which should not be done and main lobby access area should be kept free as per the CIDCO norms.( there was not as such plan approved by CIDCO for these parking, still Builder trying to make money by selling these.
