This is Saurab Jain. I recently applied and paid for a 6 month you broadband connection and I was assigned the account number 1030062. I had requested for a 12 Mbps plan. It has been 5 days and till date I am only getting a speed of 256kbps which is completely not acceptable.

Inspite of continuous calls to your support staff and customer care numbers, I am unable to resolve the issue. I would like to discontinue my service and would like terminate the connection and would like a refund for the amount of Rs.8520.00 that I paid in advance for the connection.

I tried to reach the Nodal officer first but was told he does not have the authority to help me. I also tried to reach you on the phone but could not get through to you.
