Complaint Details
My husband(Sanu S Nair) and I had checked in to the hotel on 15 March 2013 at 12:00 AM. We had also paid an advance amount of Rs. 2000/- by credit card. But since the quality of the room was not good, we decided to move to another hotel and asked for a refund. But they said that the refund is possible only next day morning when the owner reaches hotel. Based on this agreement, we left the hotel and moved to another hotel. However, next day morning, the owner refused to provide the refund. We were in the room for less than 10 minutes and even then, they refused to give the entire Rs. 2000/-. We request you to kindly demand that the hotel refund the entire amount of which they have illegally claimed for a service that we have not availed. The receipt to show that we have paid Rs. 2000/- by card and that we have stayed at another hotel for Mar 15 night are attached along with the complaint. I request you to kindly grant justice.
