I wish to file complaint against fernsnpetal for not meeting the commitment, failure to deliver product on time, unwilling to accept the mistake and improper behavior of the floor-supervisor Mr. Amit.

Complaint Details: I had placed order through Fernsnpetal on March 10, 2014 to be delivered on March 15, 2014. Due to some technical issue, the complaint was not processing. Immediately, I received a call from Fernsnpetal to assist me to make payment. I asked the executive categorically if this can be delivered on March 15, to this he gave me assurance that it will be. However till date this has not been done.When I checked with them, the floor supervisor Mr. Amit said that it will be delivered only after 2-3 days i.e. instead of March 15th it will be delivered on March 19th.
Fernsnpetal is very prompt at the time taking money, however they fail to meet the commitments and unwilling to accept mistakes. Moreover when I told them that I will do consumer complaint, they asked me to do that.
