Hi,

I had placed an order for "Full Body Pain Stress Relief Hand Feet Thighs Back Shoulder Hips Head Massager" from shopclues.com on 16th Jan 2014.The amount paid was Rs. 1,296 through credit card.
On 23 Jan 2014 I got an email communication from the website that the order cannot be fulfilled due to non-availability and a refund will be initiated for amount of 1213 rupees.

Since Then there has been a series of emails and phone-calls that I have made to shopclues.com, every response i get from them was to ask for 48hrs and the amount will be credited back to my credit card account.

Its been 2 months and i keep on getting the same reply without any action. This is totally unprofessional behaviour. I am attaching the details of the communication with the website and till date this refund has not been settled.
Kindly help.
