REF : My email dt. 17th Feb 2014 and 21st Feb 2014

RE : Action to be taken against mobile tower cheating companies and manager accounts with bank to be freezed immediately

RE : Cheating of amount by
M/s.Air infrastructure India ltd . Gurgaon for Rs.308063 and
M/s.Bharath Technology , Delhi for Rs.6900/- respectively totaling Rs.314963/-
For MOBILE TOWER INSTALLATION in My land at Veppampattu respectively

With reference to my above emails, I have not received any reply other than from Haryana Police yesterday and I have called trai regulatories several times but there was no response or action from their side. I have sent email to Telephone ministries also but there was no response from them by email or phone even though I have given them my contact email/phone details in my complaint.

I hope action would have been taken by our President office/Chief Minister office/Governor office respectively even though I have not received any response from the respective offices.

Haryana police inspector called and told that investigation will be started today and I was happy about it. I have complained already to the cyber crime cell of Tamilnadu police, egmore and they told they will take action also.

I got a call from another person from Bangalore on seeing my email in the website with regard to the cheating and he had also losted from the same company Rs.280000/- respectively.

Severe action to be taken against these type of companies.

I found three companies engaged in this regard in this business as per the email received by me they are:

All these three companies has Company managers as same person who are
Waseem khan and Arvind rana who have link with all the three companies. They have bank account with Punjab national bank, Canara bank, Central Bank of India, Bank of Maharasthra. All accounts are being from Uttar Pradesh.

All these accounts to be freezed immediately

The account holder have account in UTTAR PRADESH AND OPERATES IN HARYANA without providing funds in the bank account.

The cheque given by them as per my previous complaint got rejected for Rs.25,00,000/- and when I asked the bank there was no proper response from the bank also.
Kindly take action immediately in this regard as the cheating is more and more in this case.

Times of India is giving more advertisement for this company without knowing it is a fraud case. The advertisement to be banned
