Complaint Details
Company sold me a defective BSNL Penta WS-708C Dual Sim Calling Tablet. Upon complaint it collected it on assurance to send replacement soon as it receives the defective product. Defective item reached company's advised address in 1st week of February. Now it is not sending the replacement.

In the process acting on company's advise I incurred additional losses. Please help me recover costs, losses and legal cost from this fradulent company.
