Dear Head CFBP,

I am dishearten to see that snap deal have mentioned wrong information in the website 5% discount on camera accessories (ACC5) and the promo is not accepting it.

And its wrong as its not accepting the same.

• And when I called customer care number 92126 92126 my call was picked up by Sagar first and after telling the same he said he will check back and cut the call
• Secondly I checked with Kirthika and she was arrogant in replying that its not happening so if you want to buy, buy else leave it
# later called khurran and then he kept me on hold for 9minutes and said I shall ask my supervisor to call back
Kindly let me know if you are faking it up. Helping me to escalate the same to the forum of Consumer complaint government of india.
