TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

DEAR SIR/MAM
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAVE APPLIED ONE PLOT bearing no. G-123 in IREO WATERFRONT , SOUTHCITY, LUDHIANA with
token money of Rs.250000/- (Two Lacs Fifty Thousands) in the month of May 2011. of 155Sq Yards in Construction Link Plan. We have received all
the documents of confirmation of our plot by courier along with the Payment Plan. We have given 1st instalment by chq
for rs.3,00,000.00 (Three Lacs) in the month of Nov.2011 in favour of Ireo WaterFront drawn on Union Bank Of India from our Firm's A/c
Saurabh sapna Enterprises. Plot has been booked in the name of vikas mittal S/o Sh. Dewan Chand Mittal R/o
H.No.2772 Street No.04, A.T.I.Road, New Janta Nagar, Ludhiana -141003. After that we were fail to make payment to ireo waterfront towards
our plot payment plan because of having big loss in our business. So, In the year 2012 we have contacted ireo executive to cancel our
plot and request them to refund our money. But they said you have to arrange funds. We after that again tried to arrange the funds. But again we
were fail to make payment. We again contacted their team. They said we have cancelled your plot and your amount is forfeited. We will only refund
you approx rs.140000/- and they did after receiving the cheque from ireo we again request them to refund our money. But they didnot hear anything
from us and talked with us very rudely. We went n number of times at their office and requested them again again to refund our money but they didnt.
Even they said we can only do one thing bring us whole balance amount with 18% interest and then only we can again allote you that abovesaid plot.
But sir sorry to say that i have no more money to give them to ireo. I want my paid amount back with 18% interest from the date of given payment.
As they are in profits in today's date because we have taken at approx. 15000/-sq yard rate now they said our rate is 25000/- sq yard.
We dont want the difference of 10000/-sq yard * 155 sq yard (Plot Size) = 1550000/-. We want our money back with interest.
We had too much tired and felt very shamed by going again and again to ireo office for same matter. We dont want to take this step but
because of rude behavior and harrasment we have taken this step. After sales and todays date behavior of ireo persons have fully changed.
Please take immediate and strong action on Ireo Waterfront Ludhiana Company and inform us at your earliest.
