Complaint Details
Wrong tablet was given by druggist instead of neotrexate 2.5 mg they have given nexito forte which has caused dryness in the throat, eye watering and patient was feeling drowsy for almost 20 days because of which she was not able to do her routine and had to stick to bed. Plz advise what action can be taken and whom to approach in this case.
