Sub. Harassment, Vindictive Motivation & Negative Attitude in replacing
Defective & Damaged Nokia Model 620 Mobile within the warranty

Dear Sir,
With due honor I lay before you the following facts for your kind intervention to replace the defective & damaged Mobile at the earliest :
i) That, I have purchased the said Mobile from Bharat Electronic Trading Corporation P-15 Bentinck Street , Kol-700001 on 04/04/2013
ii) From the very date of purchase it was defective as the Battery charged was
Always under estimated / specified limit as a result charged was stayed only maximum 1 hour and the set become very hot after a moment
iii) on 20.02.2014 I have lodged complaints to Limton Nokia Care at 13 & 14
BBD Bag Kol-700001 for replacement the defective Set , after keeping it with
them for 4-5 days they have handed over the set with the same problem . after
a few days again it become unserviceable.
iii) on 07.03.2014 again I have reported to Nokia Care the man concerned told that the Battery has become out of order and it is to be changed.
iv) On 07.03.2014 I have purchased one new Battery from Fairview Tradecom
Pvt.Ltd. , 4, Chandni Chawk Street, Kol. 700072
v) on & from 15.03.2014 the said defective Set has totally Stopped.
Now , I am in a great fix as I am a self employed person and loosing my valued clients due to communication gap as having no Mobile.
In such a condition I would request you to replace the said defective Mobile Set at the earliest otherwise I will have no alternate than to seek legal help.
