sir, I Manoj Sharma residing at Jaipur here by lodge a complaint against a Tour agent company at Noida named HOLIDAY TRIP address office no. 16, Bhoj Complex, behind Vinayak Hospital, Noida – 201301. tel. no. 0120-6526539. i had made contact with them over telephone, which is displayed in their web site www.holidaytrip.co.in. also i continued my contact through email id holidaytrip@india.com and received regular mail from them. i had booked my packages for goa trip from 18th Jan to 20th Jan, 2014 for 4days and 3nights and made payment of Rs. 20,000/- in the name of Holiday Trip vide a/c no. 081505500341 with ICICI bank. i deposited the money online. after receiving the money they send me a booking vide booking number 17976857. as per condition the hotel accommodation with daily breakfast and dinner, sightseeing and retrun trasfer from airport/railway station will be provided by the organization holiday trip. previously the company made contact with me and i also contact with via email id holidaytrip@india.com and phone no. 0120-6526539 and mobile no. 09212216361. but since last 1month they had not picked up my calls also not respond of my mails. so, after deposit the full money i have lost contact with them. now i am totally helpless regarding this matter. kindly help me from your end, so that i can trace the company details and return my deposit.
