Dear Concern,



I bought iball tab from snap deal (order no.: 1763008169) but it was defected, so i returned this tab to snap deal (pickup receipt no.: 128611223935 / snap deal RL 5329636) on 4th March 2014.




From that day i continuously sending mail and call their customer for my new tab or refund. But till date i`ll not get my refund and they are not giving any satisfactory answer to me even not replying my mails.




PEASE HELP !!!
