Complaint Details
I have ordered online at snapdeal.com, they have accerpted my order and i paid for it online. After few days they messaged me that they don't have product which i order and they are not able to deliver it to me. And now till that day i don't get product or refund.Date of order is 6 February 2014. I have contacted their customer care their helpline numbers and also provided my bank statement which shows that they did not refunded to me although they haven't take any actions to refund me. Please take strick actions against them and help me to get back my refund. This type of fraud online shopping websites will cheat many customers in future and there might be many customers who are suffering like me and being part of their fraud.
