Complaint Details
My dad Shri. T.C. Raman retired from the Central Railways in the April 2009. As a Central Govt employee he is entitled to a monthly medical allowance of Rs. 300 a month. My dad provided the required papers somewhere year later in which the Railways directed the Bank to credit the amount in my dads account.
After a couple of mails to the nodal officer of Bank Of India, Rs. 14000 was credited in June 2013 (without any bifurcation - "med arrs" that was the only description) and then some amount was deducted from this 14000 without any notification to the customer (my father) by the bank...Since June 2013 again...no amount has been credited on account of the medical allowance that is due to him every month.
Innumerable mails to the bank, its nodal officer and finally to the ombudsman have but not helped in getting the amount credited to my dads account every month. He is being deprived of his right to medical allowance of Rs. 300 every month. I am attaching the snapshots of the mail sent to all the concerned in this regard. Would request you intervention on an urgent basis.
