Complaint Details
15 days since application made for change of connection from prepaid to postpaid. No progress made. No satisfactory answers given on email. False promises made when I visited the centre. The number given (9867534018) does not answer his phone at all. The sales person (Tejas) and sales lady (name unkown) made false promises and have not acted at all on the request. Emails sent to nodal officer copying TRAI have been responded with automated text. No efforts made to solve the issue.
