I bought a Fujitsu Laptop model no- AH532.The laptop is in warranty period. Its webcam is not working properly since August 2013.I have already lodged many complains regarding the issue to fujitsu customer care.Each time they sent someone to check the laptop and everyone gave temporary solutions.I told them to provide me permanent solution despite this fujitsu care don't do anything. In few next month my warranty will be over. So I request you to kindly look into the matter so that I get the permanent solution.
