Complaint Details
I, Abhishek Samant, had purchased a Micromax Canvas A 116 from mobile store Charkop on 28 April 2014. Recently it started encountering multiple problems of over heating , frequent restart and Sim card 2 slot not detecting
I submitted the phone in Micromax service centre at Borivali West (DR Telecom) on 05 February 2014 (JOB SHEET NO W 030635-0214-7968188). The same day they returned the cell back saying that the problem is solved but actually the problems were still very much prevailing hence we immediately resubmitted it on same day.
Their agents told us dat the phone need to got to the main factory for repairing.
After probably 15-17 days i called back the centre asking for details , they said that my cell is ready hence i visited your service centre. They made me sit for 3 hours and then they themselves realised that again the problems in my phone were very much there. On asking that wat the factory people did, your agents told me that the phone never went to the factory.
I demanded phone number and email IDs of some seniors staff which i was denied
Now again i called the service centre again on 5 March days and they told me that i will get the details from toll free number and your toll free agent told me that you will still need 15 - 20 more days to repair the cell.
Then again I called on 18 March 2014
