I DIDN'T GET ANY FAVOURABLE REPLY FROM NODAL OFFICE FOR MY COMPLAINT. THEY NEVER ANSWERED TO MY QUESTIONS. Thier Zonal staff and installation engineer at the time of purchase of new connection told me that Box has life time free service? It was mentioned in their website also, file attached and highlighted "set top box is free of cost, installation fee of Rs 1200/". How did they replace box earlier 5 times freely? If they charge fee of Rs 200/ for replacement, Why are they not replacing the same with new box? Why the same problem is coming in each and every box they replaced earlier? How thier loyal customers pay Rs 200/ or Rs 350/ every year for replacement of box? Because as i said in my complaint, i got 6 times the same problem (rebooting)in 4 years.
With out replying to my questions in my first mail, they simply replied that i have to pay Rs 200/ for replacement of box. If they change service policy, it should be applied to only those customers who take connections from that date. How do they implement new service policy on old customers?
Now, They are not replacing my set top box. So, i request you to please instruct them to replace my set top box free of cost.
