Dear Sir
i have purchased bsnl dongel with 3g sim they assured me of about 300 MBPS max data speed.They have Cheated me as for abut year and half im recharging continously of about 2GB ie of Rs.251/- but i have not recived even speed of 20 MBPS even less than 2g.Now im very very frustated and i have suffered mental trauma please help me as i have lot of work through internet but i suffer due to speed problem. The concerned authority do not take my complain seriously even the customer care do not pick up call and threatens me to disconnect the service.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
