I have ordered a track suit, online from official website of Montecarlo. The product is having a manufacturing defect (Zip of the jacket is stitched on the wrong side) .I have filed a complaint, they asked me to send photographs of the defect, i sent the same. After 2 days, i received a call from their end, they said that product will be replaced or they will send the cash back. their courier boy will come to receive the product within 4 days but no one has came. After a week i again filed an online complaint on Montercarlo's website and today they said that the defect i am saying is not a kind of manufacturing defect. they denied to replace the product as well as to give the cash back.
