Dear Sir/Mam
On 16-03-2014, I paid Rs 281/- via Canara Bank debit card for Nokia Music recharge coupon for three months.
The amount was deducted from my account, but I did not receive any PIN code.
I raised a complaint with the company using their contact form http://www.oxicash.in/contact-us/contact-us.aspx and it was registered with following number, 'Recharge related queries ID=99178'.
I tried to contact their helpdesk at +91- 124 – 6773377 and they told me that the amount has been reversed and will be in your account. I check my account statement and it has not been reversed.
I immediately callback and they inform that it will take at least 5 days by bank. I ask them, at what date did you reverse the charges, and then they inform me (representative Mr Abhishek) that this complaint is of year 2010.
Then they ask for my mobile number and put me on hold (on my expense, no toll-free) for 15 minutes. After waiting, I disconnect the call.
Kindly get my money back or a three months Nokia Music recharge coupon, for which I initially paid.
