MY HP PRINTER K209 IS IN WARRANTY INCLUDING ON SITE WARRANTY. BUT CUSTOMER CARE IS NEITHER ATTENDING MY QUERIES PROPERLY AND SPEAKING ALL THE RUBBISH.AND INSTEAD OF PROVIDING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THEY ARE HARASSING ME.I AM USING HP PRODUCTS FROM LAST 7-8 YEARS AND I WAS VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS, BUT MY LAST PRINTER IS NEITHER USER FRIENDLY NOR HP CUSTOMER CARE IS CONSUMER SATISFACTORY. I AM VERY MUCH DISPLEASED WITH HP.
