Dear Consumer Officer.
I Tamilselvan Arunkumar, Working professional in Hospitality Industries. I am being a Customer with Airtel Since 2008, (+91-9600973292) (+91-9994541410),
On 20th of March 2014, night arround 10.00 pm I had 219.00 + + Rs Balance On my Mobile number +91-9994541410, and on 21st of March 2014 i check my Balance and i found Rs.219.00 was detected from my Main Balance, and regarding this Issue i went to Trichy Airtel Customer Care Center which is Located Near to Femina Shopping Mall Trichy, and they Guide me to Contact the Customer Care through the Intercom Which was in the Office.
And i have Spoken to Mr.Naveen Customer care officer at 04.50 pm with Ref.no.CBDMO20311219257 and i explained the Situation and problem which i facing. then He connected my to Mr. Vasanth Senior Customer Care Officer and i explain the things to Mr.Vasanth with Ref.No.RCRCB40321220044 he explain me that the amount was detected for Internet Usages of 103 MB but in my Number i have an Active Internet Package which is Valid Untill 08/04/2014. till the time i have 14.3 MB balance in my Package. so i explain Mr.Vasanth that the amount has been detected wrongly from my account after 10 mins argument finally he agreed to Refund the Amount and he said it will take 4 Hrs to Credit. while i was speaking to him he suddenly disconnect the Call and he ran away and he even did not bother about the Customer and he didn't had a time to listen me he hang the Phone.
again i Call Back to the Customer care and i said to Reconnect with Mr.Vasanth but i didnt get connect but another Senior Customer officer Came and he talked with me and i dropped the Message for Mr.Vasanth that he is not a Professional and he didnt Trained Properly, and this was not the Proper way to behave with the Customer. and Customers are not a Beggars it was my rights to make a call for my Money which was Detected with out Proper reasons.
So Kindly Stop such a illegal thing which is happens with Customers and detecting Balance for Silly reasons. and kindly Train your staffs properly and Teach them the Motto and the Importance of Customer and ask them to Understand the Value of the Customer, and they are Not a professional in Customer Dealing kindly Train them Properly. If you Couldn't Stop this free to ask me I will make a Customer care Seminar to your Staffs Because i am a Hospitality Professional and i know the Best of Customer Care.
I hope The Customer care Team will find out the right solution and i want Mr.Vasanth to ask Apologize to Me in Written.
