I have purchasd new dell make laptop from M/S Tvs solution, 304-managment cross road, suruchi apparment, vastrapur, ahmedabad( Mob : 9824332745 ).wide bill no. 791 dated 24/01/2014, amount: Rs. 18095.24 + VAT : Rs.723.81(total amount : Rs. 19000/-). i have received the laptop and within 24 hours it found faluty and not working. "after that he has replace 3 times but still replaced laptop not working". i have requested to supplier to refund the bill amount and he agreed for that. above communication to supplier over to above mention mobile number but after that supplier refused to refund the bill amount. i have search dell make laptop detail from dell website. last given laptop detail are as under. service tag no. : 2BD9LP1 Origin of laptop : United state of america it is found second hand and used and repaired several times in usa. he given me the second hand dell make laptop in place of new one as per my payment against invoice. kindly requested to help me the refund of payment paid to M/S Tvs solution-ahmedabad.
