My mobile handset was damaged and i was made complaint xolo care. Thereafter the handset was pickedup from my house through fedex courier by xolo company. Now the same was get repaired by their sevice centre and i have payment of Rs 5000 but original bill not provided by lava international ltd,vashi,navi mumbai which is required for passing claim of damage charges of my mob handset by appsdaily insurence company. Pbotocopy of bill was provided by the service centre but that is accepted by inaurence co. due to stamps and signature not afixed on the bill.
