Hi,

Hardik Nagar from Mumbai using reliance prepaid no 9022636891.

On 19th Mar 2014 I had recharge online of Rs 220/- and successfully got balance of Rs 240/-.

But after some time Balance became Zero. So I called Reliance customer care, they told me that our System is down plz call after some time.

I tried continuously 2 days than One of the customer care executive told due to system problem Recharge more ths Rs 200/- are automatically deducted and same will be refund by Mid-night 22 Mar 2014.

I waited till that time balance has not refunded. So I called again Customer care on 23 Mar 2014,...

They are very rude and not ready to listen my problem. They told me due to System Problem can't see transaction old than 3 days.

I told them that was Not my problem due to your system failure it is done,,,,, They keep my call transferring and keep me waiting for an hours.

Final outcome was Sorry We can't refund your balance....

Is this the right way to treat customers. Am really upset with the kind of response.

You can check in your system - how many times I had made the calls.

Request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action.
