in ebay.com in deals section there is an advertisement for Nikon D7100 with 18-105mm lens for 57688 rs. when i clicked on it the subsequent page has listing of Nikon D7000 for 57688. I had a chat with customer care regarding false marketing and they are gave a silly reason saying its system fault. I believe that a company as big as ebay should not get away with such silly reasons and they should either provide the service as advertised or pay compensation for deceiving consumer with false advertisement.
Although any one can sell on ebay in this scenario the seller listed his product (Nikon D7000) properly but ebay wrongly showed the listing in deals page as Nikon D7100. in chat conversation customer representative tried to escape by saying the seller wrongly listed the item but when questioned strongly they agreed to that it is infact their systems mistake and not sellers. So i would like to expose their evasive tactics and their false advertisements by ebay.in website.
