Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to complaint about the non delivery of two of our parcels that were sent out on 6th November 2013 by Blazeflash Couriers. Not only have they not been delivered but not even routed back to us, till now. We have sent a few papers of 9th class assignment documents to our maternal house in the city of Jaipur (AWB number: 219578427) which was checked by the franchisee office and then packed by them for delivery. The entire homework assignment has got wasted and the child for which it was sent had to get bad grades as a result of it.

The second parcel was sent to Gurgaon and we have sent our laptop lead for repair on 6th November 2013 (AWB number: 219578426). We received a torn packet sometime back so it is likely that theft of our goods had occurred. This indeed is a great cause of concern and we demanded that the blazeflash look into it immediately and refund us the amount but our phone calls and our emails have yielded no response. They haven't even bothered to check on our complaint even after talking to one Raatish Mishra several times and even after marking several complaints to Sachin Aggarwal, their CEO nothing has been done. The last time they gave us a complaint number: 138481 and that is it.
