Hi,I wanted to register a complaint again Airtel prepaid connection. As of 22nd Mar 2014 11:00 AM I had balance of Rs 185.32, I haven't called any numbers during that day but my account balance was Rs 0.50 at 7:00 PM without any service subscribed and with no message intimation. Later I did recharge of Rs 50 of which Rs 41.50 was in account again the same issue happened the account balance was Rs 0.01 without making any calls or any service being used. When I called up customer care even they didn't provide me a proper resolution saying it was due to internet service but I have already have the internet pack with 200MB validity up to 30 Mar 2014. I Tried about 8 times talking to supervisor in customer care every time my call was disconnected. My Whole day went in frustration of talking to Airtel Customer care. So totally Rs 235 was deducted from my main account without any reason. This is the third time which i am facing issue from past 3 months. Airtel being such a reputed company stop using such cheap tricks to fool its customers.
