The company sends me msg. on 20th March morning which says that if I recharge for Rs. 125, I will get 2+1, i.e, total 3GB of data usage for 1 month.. I did the recharge on same day, I have the SMS's as proof of both with clear indication of time from their company itself.. but they didn't give me 3gb of data, it was just 2gb, afterwards I called the executive, he says that wait for 48 hrs., I did that too.. today is 24th March.. I have not recieved the remaining data balance.. this is a clear case of attracting first and then not giving as per the commitment.. its a fraud.. and I assure every hard step needed to be taken against the company and also to approach court if I am not satisfied.
