I purchased a new TV from snapdeal with manufacturer warranty and received it, but the installation team from samsung denied to install it on free of cost as its serial number (displayed backside of TV on company sticker) is not valid in india to service.
when asked about the warranty they confirmed the same. [Warranty is not valid]
Requested snapdeal on the same day, but not received any confimration on refund process.

Received : 13th March
complaint registered in snapdeal on 14th march.
AS per 7days trust pay they claim 'refunds full amount if customer is not satisfied about the delivered product no questions asked".
