Complaint Details
This is with reference to my import shipment vide FedEx AWB # 803932520923. The shipment has arrived in Mumbai on courier mode and is detained in customs for Valuation purpose since one month now.
FedEx has refused to undertake the clearance of the shipment which is fine with me but they have not even helped out in appointing a clearing agent.
My shipment is stuck and I have received no updates.
Kindly note that FedEx do not undertake the clearance for valuable commodity hence you are requested to appoint your own clearing agent.
